Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Explain company products and services clearly and effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information.Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for lead management.

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
